This Early Childhood Development Center, started in 1976, is registered under the Department of Early Childhood with registration number 0656. Currently, around thirty (30) children are receiving education here, and the present preschool teacher is Ms. S.H.Y. Samarawira.

Location:

From Balangoda town, travel about 5.5 km along the Rassagala road to reach the Maddakanda junction. From there, go 850 meters along the Maddakanda road, and on the right side of the road lies the Maddakanda Siri Sunanda Early Childhood Development Center under the Balangoda Pradeshiya Sabha.
