Water Certificate Issuance

Upon the request of the National Water Supply and Drainage Board, this involves issuing a certificate confirming that there is no objection regarding the provision of pipe-borne water by the Water Supply Board to the residence of the relevant residents or to the location specified in the request within the Balangoda Pradeshiya Sabha jurisdiction.

1. Documents to be Submitted

• Completed application form
• Deed / Grama Niladhari certificate certifying residence

2. Fee

A fee of Rs. 500.00 is charged per certificate.
