1. Issuance of Certificate of Conformity (COC)
This certifies whether the building has been constructed in accordance with the approved building plan.
Without obtaining the Certificate of Conformity from Balangoda Pradeshiya Sabha by the developer or his/her agent, confirming that any development activity has been completed according to the approved development license and development plan, the said building cannot be used or occupied.
2. Documents Required for Obtaining the Certificate of Conformity
- Original copy of the approved building plan
- Request letter
