The inaugural session of the Student Parliament of Mahamaya Balika Vidyalaya Kadawatha, held at the historic Parliamentary Chamber of the Presidential Secretariat

The inaugural session of the Student Parliament of Mahamaya Balika Vidyalaya Kadawatha was held recently (Aug. 26) under the patronage of the Hon. Deputy Chairperson of Committees, Hemali Weerasekara, at the old Parliamentary Chamber of the Presidential Secretariat.

In line with the series of Student Parliament programmes jointly implemented by the Department of Communication of the Parliament of Sri Lanka, the Presidential Secretariat, and the Ministry of Education, Mahamaya Balika Vidyalaya Kadawatha was granted this opportunity.
